This place is conveniently located within walking distance to beautiful gardens, comfortable and clean rooms, and the bustling market and attractions of the old city.

They gave us a map with sugestions on restaurants and stores. The restaurants were very good (specially Miss Ly) but one of the stores they recommended was not so good (Mr. Sun) but the managers was great in solving our problem with the store.

The size of the room was spacious. There is a living room area with sofa and table, besides the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel provides bicycles for rental (FOC) and that was really great as some part of Hoi An street are closed to traffic and quite safe to cycle. My kids have a good time cycling around Hoi An, all thanks to the free bicycles provided.

The rain shower tends to wet the area outside the shower, hence, would suggest that the hotel install shower curtain. Else, the floor will get wet and slippery. The breakfast spread was not great and the price charged for kids is definitely not worth it. I really regret paying for breakfast at this hotel.

Great location - just a short walk to the old town. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure to accommodate any food allergies and providing excellent service. The spa experience was top-notch, with a fantastic massage and body scrub.

Lack of privacy in some rooms, with open balconies that face the walkway for all guests to see. The breakfast could have been better, with processed pastries and not-so-fresh juices.

Everything was just very good. We enjoyed a lot the atmosphere at the Wine bar.

Not a big issue but IT facilities were limited (in case, you do not have your own computer with you).

The units are top quality, brand-new.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town, which is really beautiful. the breakfast they offer is amazing - lots of tasty pastries and a custom omelette station. On top of that, you have the convenience of free onsite parking 🚗. the service is exceptional, they really go above and beyond to take care of you.

We got room with comfortable decor and a modern style bathroom to relax.

Close to old quarter and ancient town, easy to get around from hotel, relaxing and welcooming.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a perfect location. the staff at Anantara were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. the breakfast provided was excellent and we also enjoyed the access to free bicycles. the hotel is within a short walk of the old town, which was very convenient. it was a great value for money and we were very happy with our choice. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

Awesome breakfast spread - the best we had in vietnam. Great rooms and very comfortable stay. Nice pool and very relaxing. On the edge of the small town so able to walk everywhere, but just removed enough so still quiet.

A wonderful experience. Ideal location (stepping out of the hotel you enter the old city of Hoi An) yet very quiet.Large and beautiful room. Charming staff. Excellent breakfast on a terrace overlooking the river. Wish we could have stayed longer.

slow service

It's in walking distance of the centre of Hoi An and yet very peaceful & relaxing. All staff were so welcoming, pleased to see and help us and efficient: the reception staff were exceptionally helpful and all genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and Hoi An. Rooms were well laid out and the fact that we didn't have a river view wasn't an issue at all. Well kept, green gardens.

No complaints at all. Our only observation was that it was a surprise that there wasn't a bar on an upper ground level so that you could sit overlooking the river. The bar is by the hotel entrance and is fine but not much view. The Vienna Cafe is on the ground floor by the river but has a high hedge. The restaurant overlooks the river but didn't seem a place to sit and have an early or late evening drink.

The guest rooms, hotel and grounds were great for relaxing and conveniently located for exploring the historic town of Hoi An or heading to the excellent beach nearby using a hotel bicycle (or transfer).

There was some construction taking place across the river. The hotel provided lots of information and made arrangements for guests to use facilities of alternative hotels if they wished, which was excellent.
